TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Photography
- Price only includes single camera operations. For addition cameras/photographers please enquire about additional costs.
- Price is based on 5 hours worth of photography work.
- All photos will be accessed through Dropbox link and must be downloaded 30 days after upload.
- For alternative solutions for accessing files please contact us (additional cost may be included for memory devices).
- All photos will be delivered in both RAW and Jpeg file types and does not include editing of images.
- Pending on location additional cost may be added for travel cost.

Shoot and Edit
- Cost includes a 1 hour meeting (in person or Skype) regarding the requirements of the job.
- Cost is based on a half day shoot.
- Cost is based off one camera and one operator- lights and basic sound equipment can also be provided.
- Price is based off shooting on Panasonic Gh5.
- Price is based off finish project delivery at 1920x1080 HD. (For 4k additional costing will be added).
- Cost includes music and all post production processes unless notified prior. (Music from Artist.io addition tracks acquire additional costs for copyrights and sourcing of material).
- Final product will be uploaded to Dropbox and client will have 30 days to download. (Uploads and other media transfer options are available but come at additional costs).
- Once the project has been shot footage can take up to 3 months to edit final product. Express projects on tight timelines will acquire additional costs.
- Client is entitled to 2 re-edits/cuts but major project redirects/restructures or reshoots will acquire additional cost.

Editing
- Cost includes a 1 hour meeting (in person or Skype) regarding the requirements of the job.
- Client is to upload all material to a single Dropbox link (will be provided)
- Cost is based on an estimate of 8 hours editing.
- Price is based off finish project delivery at 1920x1080 HD. (For 4k additional costing will be added).
- Cost includes music and all post production processes unless notified prior. (Music from Artist.io addition tracks acquire additional costs for copyrights and sourcing of material).
- Final product will be uploaded to Dropbox and client will have 30 days to download. (Uploads and other media transfer options are available but come at additional costs).
