TERMS & CONDITIONS
Head Shots
- Hair and make up are not included.
- Consultations are strongly advised to discuss casting and wardrobe for shoot.
- Addition request for edited shots come at addition cost.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late to any meeting you will be required to make full payment at no refund.
- Refunds are not available if you are unhappy with the way you look. We do everything we can to make you look the way you do in real life because thats what people want to see when you walk into a casting room.
- 50% deposits must be made 7 days prior to shoot. Failure to do so will forfeit your booking.
- 100% of payment must be made within 4 weeks of shoot. Addition cost will apply for late payment.
Show Reels
- Hair and make up not included in cost
- All shoot dates and times are variable to availability of crew and other actors.
- All scene must be approved by a team member. (Should be kept to simple location- lounge room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom.)
- Scenes should be 3 pages Maximum.
- All scenes should be two handers. If you are to provide your own scene partner they must be approved by a team member.
- Consultations are compulsory. Addition coaching is strongly advised. This is to enable that your scene doesn't slow up the rest of the shoots. Similar to all productions we must keep to a strict time frame in order to get through and be fair to all other participants. Consultations are in place for you to understand what is need from you from your scene in order for you to get the best results.
- For group sessions you will require you for a full day shoot. The reason we can do these for so cheap is because we rely on your help behind the scenes. Look at it as a great opportunity to learn more about the industry and have fun and produce some amazing content with fellow creators (this is where majority of our team started their careers).

- 'Single Shoot' sessions require addition costs as time pre production, location, travel, additional actors, set up, pack up and post production is solely at your expense rather than spread out over multiple performers.
- 50% deposits must be made 1 week prior to shoot. Failure to do so will forfeit your booking.
- 100% of payment must be made within 4 weeks of shoot. Addition cost will apply for late payment.
Pro Reels
- Entertainer must provide upload all footage to dropbox link that is provided.
- For movies, short or TV performer must upload a pdf indicating the time in which their scenes are.
- Actor must have dialog in scenes. No extra or feature extras- waste of your time and money.
- We advise to keep you edits short and sweet for the purpose of your viewers and the cost. Anything over 1.20 minutes will be addition cost.
